FACILITATORS

Hannah Arredondo - Hannah is a coach, facilitator, and space holder. Since 2022, she has been helping people understand and accept all parts of themselves to live a life that they love. While she is a trained Voice Dialogue Facilitator, she has also been deeply shaped by women-led spaces, her mentors, and reconnecting with her body. Through her own healing journey, Hannah realized that she spent the majority of her life trying to avoid certain parts of her psyche — instead of learning to accept and embrace them. She knows now that rejecting parts of herself was leading to anxiety, apathy, and stress. This realization inspired her to take on her healing journey. On that path, she learned that by accepting and embracing all parts within herself, balance, peace, joy, and confidence will follow! And she discovered that this is her life’s work! To help others return to the truth within them. Because she believes we each have the answers we are seeking within ourselves. And we have everything we need within ourselves already to live a life we love and to bring our dreams to life!
